Number key is screw up

Trying to enter $2.7
But it becomes $2.6
The problem is the "."
If you dont enter the period 7 works. If enter period the 7 becomes 6. And 9 becomes 8. Other numbers gets mess up too as long as you enter the period.
So this program is not usable as it is now
